This time, this moment - whatever it
is - will never come again. There is only one Now.
Do not be deceived by routine. No two
moments are ever exactly the same. What surrounds and
supports us is always changing. The flow of the seasons,
the movement of people in and out of our lives, even
the changing sea of our inner thoughts and emotions.
There is only one Now. Make the most
of it. See, smell, taste and touch it. Challenge your
perception of it. Embrace it. Whether it is joy or sorrow,
triumph or pain, it will never come again exactly as
it is Now.
This week I will remember
each moment is unique,
and try to savor it for what it is.
